Anaesthetic Management of a Patient with Pulmonary Stenosis for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

A 32 year old female patient posted for laparoscopic cholecystectomy was diagnosed to have moderate pulmonary stenosis of rheumatic origin. We report, successful management of this case under combined epidural and general anaesthesia.
