Autoimmune/autoinflammatory Syndrome Induced by Adjuvants (ASIA) refers to immune mediated disease triggered by adjuvants in vaccines intended to enhance antigen-specific immune response. Clinicians should be aware of this syndrome given the replacement of Zostavax by Shingrix.
